There are two type of Value Added Service (VAS) through mobile internet service based on subscriptions; they are running under SMS service and application embedded on the mobile phone. At the first time mobile telecommunication subscribers activate the mobile phone which embedded Value Added Service (VAS) such as BREW service and push the application menu available indeed, registration request will be sent to application server
2. Notification will be delivered to the subscriber mobile phone
Application server will identify it is a new subscription and then will deliver notification about the subscription service. The information could be about tariff, how long to get a service and how to cancel the service
3. Free traffic for certainty period will be given
Free traffic will be given for certainty period e.g. one day, a week etc while mobile telecommunication subscriber agree with the condition
4. Notification about end of free trial
One or two days before the end of free trial, subscriber will receive notification which indicate the free traffic will end and subscriber will be charged if they commit to get more traffic
5. Deduct the balance while subscriber confirm to continue getting the service
While subscriber agree to get more traffic, application server will deduct the balance available on the mobile phone number
6. Application service can be accessed for the next certainty period
Application service then can be accessed by mobile telecommunication subscriber for the next certainty period
Value Added Service (VAS) based on subscription service on the mobile phone which embedded with the client application service such as BREW is more attractive rather than via SMS service. Telecommunication company is also gaining more profits
