Online VAS service

Current online Value Added Service (VAS) such as chatting online, mig33, IM etc require some effort from mobile subscriber’s side. Mobile telecommunication subscribers should download a IM tool such as gtalk , yahoo messenger, etc, or online chatting tool provided by telecommunication company it self. Usually telecommunication companies offer online service with the application tool provided by them so then mobile telecommunication subscriber should download online chatting tool before they start to make a chat or join to the room. Mobile telecommunication subscriber should download the chatting tool through GPRS network or CDMA network and activate them on their mobile phone. As we know that while downloading process, it could get call drop and getting failure and they have pay for downloading. The simple word, there are many possibility that they are getting failure to download chatting tool from the GPRS and CDMA network

To provide chatting or Instant Messaging (IM) tool which will be available on the mobile phone, telecommunication companies should provide online chatting server (application server) so then each client inserted on the mobile phone can communicate with each other through the tool chatting. Application server will process the entire of process so then each client can communicate to each other. Meanwhile on the client, subscriber did not need to download chatting or Instant Messaging (IM) tool since it already inserted on the mobile.
