More subscribers mean more international internet bandwidth should be prepared by telecommunication companies to carry out the traffic of wireless and broadband internet services from subscribers. Unfortunately, telecommunications companies can not keep continue to increase the bandwidth capacity due to financial issue. It is very expensive to lease internet bandwidth to international gateway. In addition some of telecommunication companies did not have transmission backbone to reach international internet gateway. For example, telecommunication companies will limit download access to have only maximum 30 Mbps, http protocol will have 50 Mbps, and Real Time Streaming Video (RTSP) file will have 20 Mbps etc. Bandwidth management makes sure that each protocol and application will have dedicated bandwidth and they will be interrupted when one protocol or application was saturated
