Outgoing and Incoming VOIP services

Usually Telecommunication Company offered VOIP service to reduce traffic call via International Direct Dial (IDD) to their subscribers. The things need to be added to fulfill VOIP service is international internet bandwidth and international connection which can lease to the provider or deploy by their selves. They also need to install VOIP gateway to carry out the traffic

There are two kind of international VOIP services they are Outgoing and Incoming VOIP services but they more often to serve outgoing VOIP only

1. Outgoing VOIP service

It means that subscribers will be allowed making international call to any countries by dialing with certainty prefix code. This service is valid to only their subscribers. in order to allow subscribers from another telecommunication company to user your International call service you should have International Direct Dial (IDD) service. To have outgoing VOIP service, Telecommunication Company should cooperate with International VOIP provider which will forward your VOIP call to destination number. To have more various charging, telecommunication company could connect to several VOIP partner which offer various price

2. Incoming VOIP service

Incoming VOIP means that Telecommunication Company will permit calls from any country to go through their telecommunication network and could be delivered to any destination number at different telecommunication company. It means that you are act as interface gateway between B number which may come from any country to A number which may your subscribers or from another telecommunication company.

To enable Incoming VOIP, Telecommunication Company should cooperate with VOIP partner which allowing incoming call and promote this service to people all around the world. Telecommunication Company did not to add more network telecommunication to enable incoming VOIP service. With the same network infrastructures, they only need to add more routing configuration to the VOIP partner gateway. More partners there will be more routing configuration that should be added
