Performance of telecommunication services should be monitored every single hour to make sure that availability network is sufficient to handle traffic of telecommunication services. They will take quick action once a problem comes to the one or more telecommunication infrastructures. This team will notice the performance of telecommunication service at the first time once it goes down

Telecommunication companies will take further actions based on current performance of telecommunication service. For example, if the performance of broadband internet service is poor, they will analyze the statistic report, how often problems come to network element of broadband internet service. After they analyze the performance of telecommunication service for certainty period for example one month then they can decide which the best action they will take. In case of broadband internet service, telecommunication companies can increase the international bandwidth or install more Base Transceiver Station (BTS)
