Mobile telecommunication subscribers should download a IM tool such as gtalk , yahoo messenger, etc, or online chatting tool provided by telecommunication company it self. Usually telecommunication companies offer online service with the application tool provided by them so then mobile telecommunication subscriber should download online chatting tool before they start to make a chat or join to the room. Mobile telecommunication subscriber should download the chatting tool through GPRS network or CDMA network and activate them on their mobile phone. As we know that while downloading process, it could get call drop and getting failure and they have pay for downloading. The simple word, there are many possibility that they are getting failure to download chatting tool from the GPRS and CDMA network

To provide chatting or Instant Messaging (IM) tool which will be available on the mobile phone, telecommunication companies should provide online chatting server (application server) so then each client inserted on the mobile phone can communicate with each other through the tool chatting. Application server will process the entire of process so then each client can communicate to each other. Meanwhile on the client, subscriber did not need to download chatting or Instant Messaging (IM) tool since it already inserted on the mobile.

The sample on online VAS service which already on the market is Hape ESIA Online where subscriber can chatting each other through the bundling mobile phone through the chatting tool that already available on the mobile phone. Subscriber need only to subscribe to online VAS service with daily bases charging

Mobile telecommunication subscribers will not find the same features on the others mobile phone when they search it on the market

The key points while telecommunication companies plan to launch bundling mobile phone are some certainty features and manufactures (vendors). The second thing is manufacture (vendor) who deploys the bundling mobile phone. Manufactures will build bundling mobile phone requested by telecommunication companies after they receive some features to be embedded on this bundling mobile phone. Bundling mobile phone which has high demand in Indonesia market are BlackBerry services provided by GSM and CDMA telecommunication companies and BREW service provided by Bakrie Telecom. Meanwhile the manufactures to build BlackBerry service is Research In Motion (RIM) and Huawei which build BREW service for Bakrie Telecom.

Almost telecommunication companies in Indonesia either GSM platform e.g. Telkomsel, Indosat, XL and CDMA platform e.g. Bakrie Telecom, Smart Telecom, Telkom are providing bundling mobile phone to their subscribers with many attractive features
